2). Once you are ready to move forward, you simply reply with some basic details so our accounts team can set you up on our Secure Portal and raise your invoice. Our Secure Portal is where you will find access to guides, tutorials, support ticket requests and invoices.
3). Once your initial upfront fee has been paid, you will be sent an interactive website brief to complete; this is where you have the opportunity to provide us with all your website content, ideas, colours, logo, call to action, examples of websites you like the look and feel of and so forth, this brief will help us understand your vision for the website. We will then read through this and give you a call to clarify anything that is missing.
4). We will then go away and design a website preview for you within the specified timeframe and schedule a face to face or Zoom meeting to show case the website; we will then make unlimited website changes until you are 100% happy!
